Project Detail
The works involved the construction of eight blocks of flats in the prestigious flatted development at the Engine Yard, Leith Walk, Edinburgh.
This was a five year project with works completed in Blocks A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E2 and F.
The original works involved the roof and external wall joiner work including external façade work for vertical zinc cladding, eternity rainscreen cladding and Cedral Linings on aluminium hands free system.
Internal works included plasterboard partitions and dry lining works, acoustic floors, external doors, internal doors including bi-folding and the internal joiner finishes packages.
The approximate value of this project from inception in 2018 was £7 million.
