How We Work

We are dedicated to embracing diversity and promoting equal opportunities, both within our teams and through the services we provide. However, we recognise that across our industry there is still work to be done. We are passionate about improving fairness in our company and industry, and we are committed to having the necessary conversations, making meaningful changes, and helping other businesses do the same.

Our Pledge
We pledge to uphold and promote equal opportunities. In line with the Equality Act 2010, we will not tolerate discrimination based on gender, gender identity, marital status, sexual orientation, race, colour, nationality, religion, age, disability, caring responsibilities, or beliefs. Additionally, we will strive to represent diverse genders, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, and sexualities at the events, panels, and discussions we organise.

Our Carbon Footprint

At MMM Joinery Ltd, we are committed to improving sustainability in the construction sector and reducing its carbon footprint. We focus on:
Encouraging Low-Carbon Design: Implementing Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) during the design phase to reduce emissions throughout the building’s lifecycle.
Staying Accountable: Monitoring and reporting carbon emissions produced during projects to identify reduction opportunities.
Sourcing Local Materials: Procuring materials locally to minimise transportation emissions and ensuring suppliers also strive to reduce their carbon footprint.
Using Renewable Energy/Biofuels: Reducing transportation emissions by using renewable energy and biofuels.
Recycling Materials: Reusing materials from other projects, such as recycled aggregates in concrete, to decrease the need for new materials and promote sustainability.
