A brand new £40million hotel in the City Centre, first Maldron Hotel in Scotland opened in summer 2021.
Our team sub-contracted on this project and completed works in the reception area, bar and toilets.
Installation of the reception desk including vertical timber to curtain walling. Oak handrails, stringers and skirtings.
Fully installed the main bar including oak veneered timber screening, dado panelling and column skirtings. Fitted the meet and greet, service and waiter stations and supplied and installed upholstered bench seating within the bar.
Within the toilet areas we installed vanity units, mirrors with oak beading and laminate floor panels.
Approximate project value, £35,000.
